e-Learning development cycles

Meet & Greet cycle = Review the work done in the previous PUSH cycle and widen the impact of e-Learning to new staff.
Meet & Push cycle = Ideas initiated in the Meet & Greet cycle are bedded in practical examples (demo work) which are reviewed by the relevant experts before a full portfolio of resources are created in the next stage.
Push cycle = A study reported in January’s Harvard Business Review found that the most important factor for motivation at work was…. progress (!). The PUSH cycles are exclusively focused on making tangible progress by creating resources linked to the SOWs and then sharing them partnership wide. This is where the talking stops and the keyboard smokes.
